BCS provides financial consulting and fractional CFO services, including bookkeeping, financial and accounting health assessments, cash flow projections, budgeting, strategic planning, and preparation for sale or succession, primarily for construction and family-owned businesses. The specific scope, fees, and terms of any engagement are governed by a separate written engagement agreement between you and BCS. BCS does not provide audit or attestation services. Limited individual and small-business tax preparation may be available under a separate engagement; other tax, audit, and attestation matters are referred to qualified third-party professionals.
2. Informational Purpose; Not Professional Advice
Content on our website and in general communications is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute accounting, tax, legal, investment, or other professional advice, and does not create a client relationship. A professional relationship is formed only through a signed engagement agreement. Do not act on general information without seeking advice specific to your situation.
3. Communications Consent
By providing your contact information, you agree that BCS may contact you by email, phone, and — where you have opted in — text message, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
